Prom Coast Centres for Children Inc. (PCCC) is operated by a Board Of Management. The Board consists of 4-9 elected representatives.
Board members are volunteers from the Prom Coast community who are chosen to ensure the Board has a wide range of skills, experience and expertise, such as Business Management, Finance/Accounting, Legal, Education, Governance, HR and Communications
Our Board Directors lead the way, steering our organisation’s strategic direction, ensuring strong governance, and maintaining financial stability so that local families may benefit from early childhood services long into the future. With a deep understanding of our mission and goals, they actively participate in meetings, oversee finances, and stay informed about our programs and policies.
